Class Fee:

$100/month for twice a week classes or $15 drop in. No extra charge to train 3x per week.
*It is necessary to train a minimum of 2x per week to make progress.

What is Taiji? (Tai Chi)

The purpose of true Taiji is internal development. Health and martial ability are side effects of proper training.

Our Methods:

> The 5 Loosenings of Master Huang Xing Xian

> The 37-move short form of Master Cheng Man Ching (beginners learn this form first)
> The 108-move Long Form of Master Yang Cheng Fu

> Push Hands (partner) exercises

> Meditation

Our taiji lineage is direct from Yang Lu Chan > Yang Cheng Fu > Cheng Man Ching > Huang Xing Xian > Patrick Kelly
